Message	recording lap times with a stopwatch. Not the best method, but it's relatively effective. My best was 2:10 and change, and a lot of my runs were 2:15-2:20, depending on traffic, etc. I think the silver bullet Z with us ran like 10 seconds faster... that's damn fast, but I didn't write his times down.
